AP/MPI Certified Warehouse Person

An excellent long-term opportunity is available for a qualified AP Holder / MPI Certified professional to join a busy container handling operation in Auckland, New Zealand.

This role is ideal for someone who understands MPI compliance, is confident overseeing container devanning activities, and is equally prepared to get hands-on when required. You will play an important role in ensuring containers are unloaded efficiently while all relevant MPI, documentation and workplace safety requirements are maintained.

• Oversee container unloading and devanning activities
• Ensure MPI procedures and compliance requirements are consistently maintained
• Monitor operations to ensure required standards and checks are completed
• Complete MPI, inspection and operational documentation accurately
• Assist hands-on with unloading and movement of goods when required
• Coordinate tasks to keep container operations running efficiently
• Monitor deadlines and ensure containers are processed within required timeframes
• Work closely with other warehouse and operations personnel
• Maintain strict workplace health and safety standards
• Identify and report operational or compliance issues promptly
• Support general warehouse activities as required

• Hold a current and valid AP/MPI Certification
• Previous experience in warehousing, container devanning or a similar environment
• Sound knowledge of MPI procedures and compliance requirements
• Physically capable of manual handling and lifting duties
• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment
• Reliable, punctual and consistent with attendance
• Able to work effectively within a team
• Strong awareness of operational deadlines and timeframes
• Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards
• Available for early morning starts and extended working days when required
