• Carry out automotive glass replacement and windscreen repairs on a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment
• Remove, fit and repair windscreens and other automotive glass components
• Provide mobile glazing services at customer sites
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety at all times
• Diagnose damaged glass and recommend suitable repair or replacement solutions
• Work independently and collaboratively with the wider team
• Deliver professional customer service while meeting project deadlines
• Ensure company equipment, tools and vehicles are maintained in good condition
• Complete required job documentation accurately
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies

• Certificate III in Automotive Glazing Technology or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of automotive glazing and windscreen fitting experience
• Experience with glass cutting and processing
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Reliable, honest and committed to delivering quality workmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high safety standards
• Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platform (EWP) and Forklift licences are advantageous
• Current driver's licence preferred
