Bar Manager

We are looking for a creative and experienced Bar Manager to join a distinctive hospitality opportunity in New South Wales. This position is suited to candidates who want more than a standard bar role and can demonstrate a genuine, verifiable background in delivering quality beverage service and memorable guest experiences.

The role centres on creating a unique non-alcoholic beverage experience inspired by fresh, seasonal ingredients. You will have the opportunity to work with fruit, herbs and botanicals while developing original pairings that complement a produce-led menu.

• Create and develop original non-alcoholic beverage pairings
• Use seasonal fruit, herbs and botanicals to inspire new drink concepts
• Experiment with flavours, ingredients and presentation
• Ensure every guest receives a professional and engaging experience
• Manage daily bar operations and maintain high service standards
• Maintain excellent beverage presentation, quality and consistency
• Keep the bar area organised, clean and compliant with hygiene requirements
• Collaborate with the wider hospitality team on menu and guest experience initiatives
• Develop a strong understanding of seasonal produce and ingredients
• Share knowledge of ingredients and beverage concepts to enhance guest engagement
• Contribute creative ideas to the ongoing development of the beverage offering

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bar management or a comparable hospitality position
• Demonstrable and verifiable employment history in a relevant role
• Experience creating cocktails, mocktails or other creative beverage offerings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
• Genuine commitment to high-quality guest service
• Creative approach to flavour development and drink presentation
• Ability to provide reliable evidence of relevant qualifications and work experience
• Willingness to participate in an identity and employment verification process
• Ability to work in New South Wales
• Interest in working with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
