• Deliver professional haircuts across traditional and contemporary styles
• Provide personalised consultations based on individual customer preferences
• Perform beard trimming, shaping and grooming services
• Carry out wet shave services where suitably skilled
• Maintain consistently high standards of cutting, styling and finishing
• Provide professional customer service and create a welcoming client experience
• Recommend appropriate hair and grooming products
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and well-organised work area
• Follow workplace health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Work cooperatively with other barbers and team members
• Participate in ongoing training and skills development
• Maintain professional appearance and presentation at all times
• Build positive relationships with regular and new customers
• Contribute to a friendly, respectful and productive workplace culture

• Relevant Barbering or Hairdressing qualification preferred
• Demonstrated practical experience in a barbershop or salon environment
• Strong technical skills in men's and contemporary haircutting
• Ability to work confidently with a range of hairstyles and customer requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional personal presentation
• Friendly, reliable and positive approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to continue learning and develop professionally
• Shaving and wet-shave experience is advantageous
• Apprentices with suitable training and practical experience may be considered
• Candidates must be able to provide genuine and verifiable information regarding their qualifications and employment experience
• Onshore applicants are preferred
• Applicants must meet applicable Australian employment and visa requirements
