• Represent the business professionally when dealing with clients

• Demonstrated professional experience as a Barber
• Strong practical skills in cutting, fading and modern barbering
• Competent beard trimming and grooming skills
• Ability to consistently deliver quality workmanship
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach and professional presentation
• Reliable, motivated and committed to maintaining high standards
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
• Relevant barbering qualification or recognised industry experience
• Ability to provide evidence of relevant skills and employment experience
• Candidates must have appropriate Australian work rights or be eligible for sponsorship
