• Deliver professional haircutting, styling and grooming services to clients
• Perform fades, taper cuts, traditional cuts, beard trims and shaping
• Discuss client requirements and recommend suitable styles
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail across all services
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Maintain and sanitise barbering tools and equipment
• Keep workstations clean, organised and hygienic throughout the day
• Stay informed about current barbering techniques, styles and grooming trends
• Build positive relationships with regular and new clients
• Work effectively in a busy barber shop environment
• Follow all workplace hygiene, safety and professional standards
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

• Demonstrated professional experience as a Barber
• Strong practical skills across modern and traditional barbering techniques
• Genuine hands-on industry experience that can be verified
• Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality barbering services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team
