• Provide professional barbering services to clients with consistent attention to quality
• Perform precision haircuts, fades, beard trims, styling and contemporary men's grooming services
• Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate cuts and grooming styles
• Deliver a professional and personalised customer experience
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure barbering tools, equipment and workstations are clean and maintained
• Follow workplace hygiene, safety and operational procedures
• Maintain a professional personal presentation at all times
• Work positively with other barbers and contribute to a strong team culture
• Meet expected service and performance standards
• Participate in structured training and skills development
• Keep knowledge of current barbering styles, techniques and industry trends up to date

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable professional barbering experience
• Demonstrated practical experience in men's barbering and grooming
• Strong technical ability across fades, haircuts, styling and beard services
• Ability to demonstrate genuine industry knowledge and hands-on capability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional approach to customer service
• Positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
