• Provide high-quality modern and traditional barbering services
• Perform fades, clipper cuts, scissor cuts and contemporary styling
• Deliver professional beard trimming, grooming and shaving services
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles
• Create a consistent and personalised customer experience
• Develop strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business
• Maintain high standards of technical workmanship and attention to detail
• Manage and maintain a clean, organised and professional workstation
• Assist clients professionally throughout their visit
• Contribute positively to the wider team environment
• Maintain professional presentation and communication at all times
• Keep knowledge of barbering techniques, trends and products current
• Take initiative and contribute to efficient day-to-day shop operations
• Represent the business through quality workmanship, reliability and customer service
• Continue developing barbering skills and professional capabilities

• Certificate III in Barbering, Hairdressing or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Minimum two years of relevant professional barbering experience
• Demonstrated experience across fades, clipper work and scissor cutting
• Strong beard grooming and shaving skills
• Current knowledge of modern barbering styles and techniques
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and reliable work ethic
• Ability to communicate confidently with a diverse range of clients
• Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a team
• Genuine interest in continuing to develop barbering expertise
• Ability to provide verifiable qualifications and employment experience
• Professional identity and employment history suitable for verification during the recruitment process
• Existing clientele is advantageous but not essential
