A well-established barbershop in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Barber with proven practical skills and a professional approach to client service.

• Deliver professional men’s haircuts to a consistently high standard
• Perform fades, skin fades and contemporary haircut styles
• Complete beard trims and men’s grooming services
• Consult with clients regarding haircut and grooming preferences
• Apply appropriate barbering techniques to achieve accurate and professional finishes
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all services
• Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience
• Develop strong relationships with new and returning clients
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of the workstation
• Use barbering tools and equipment safely and appropriately
• Manage appointments and client services efficiently in a busy shop environment
• Work cooperatively with other team members
• Maintain awareness of current men’s grooming styles and industry trends

• Demonstrated professional experience as a Barber
• Strong practical ability in men’s cutting and fading techniques
• Proven experience with skin fades and contemporary styles
• Competence in beard trimming and grooming
• Relevant barbering qualification and/or substantial industry experience
• Ability to demonstrate or verify previous barbering experience
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Professional presentation and a reliable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Willingness to undertake full-time, long-term employment
