• Bone and trim beef carcases to required specifications
• Prepare and separate primal cuts while maintaining yield and product quality
• Apply strong knife skills across high-volume production tasks
• Inspect meat products for defects, contamination and quality issues
• Maintain safe knife handling and hygiene practices
• Follow food safety, halal processing and workplace safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with production and boning room teams
• Maintain production targets and consistent product standards
• Keep workstations clean, safe and organised
• Adapt to established processing methods and workplace procedures

• Demonstrated experience as a Boner, Slicer, Slaughterperson or similar meat-processing professional
• Strong practical knife skills
• Good knowledge of beef cuts, anatomy and processing techniques
• Experience in a commercial meat-processing environment
• Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced workplace
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety requirements
• Reliable approach to attendance and workplace responsibilities
• Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive duties
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
