Requirements & Eligibility

  • Senior management experience in a commercial or operational environment
  • Previous Branch Manager, General Manager or Operations Manager experience preferred
  • Strong background in heavy transport, equipment or industrial industries
  • Established customer and industry networks
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development
  • Proven commercial and financial management skills
  • Track record of delivering business growth
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • High level of integrity and professional accountability
  • Commitment to workplace safety and employee development
  • Relevant technical, commercial or management qualifications advantageous
