A growing cabinetry and kitchen renovation business in Western Australia is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Kitchen Installer who can bring proven hands-on experience, reliable workmanship and a professional approach to residential projects.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in getting the details right—from accurate measurements and cabinet preparation through to final installation and finishing.

• Install kitchens, cabinets and associated cabinetry components in residential properties
• Interpret cabinetry plans, drawings and project specifications
• Measure installation areas and verify dimensions before fitting
• Assemble, modify and prepare cabinetry for installation
• Install cabinet doors, panels, fillers, kickboards and hardware
• Complete on-site adjustments and modifications where required
• Work with laminate, melamine and other cabinetry board materials
• Identify installation issues and develop practical solutions on site
• Ensure cabinetry is level, aligned, securely fitted and professionally finished
• Complete cabinet-making and kitchen installation work to a high standard
• Coordinate effectively with team members and other trades
• Communicate professionally when working at residential customer sites
• Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements
• Complete assigned projects efficiently and within expected timeframes

• Minimum 5 years of relevant cabinet-making, joinery or kitchen installation experience
• Relevant trade qualification in cabinet making, joinery or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with residential cabinetry and kitchen installations
• Strong ability to interpret plans, drawings and measurements
• High level of attention to detail and finishing quality
• Ability to modify and adapt cabinetry to suit site conditions
• Practical problem-solving ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for completed work
• Reliable and professional approach to employment
• Australian driver's licence or ability to obtain one
• Reliable access to transport
• Verifiable employment history and evidence of relevant industry experience
• Previous Australian industry experience will be highly regarded
