Carpenter - Architectural Projects

• Complete all stages of residential carpentry from set-out to final fit-off
• Construct wall, floor and roof framing to approved plans
• Install doors, windows, staircases, cabinetry and internal finishes
• Interpret architectural drawings and specifications accurately
• Maintain exceptional workmanship and attention to detail
• Ensure all work complies with Australian building standards and safety requirements
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, subcontractors and other trades
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Assist in delivering high-quality custom residential projects on schedule
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional team environment

• Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent trade qualification
• Minimum three years of post-trade carpentry experience
• Proven experience building custom or architecturally designed residential homes
• Strong framing, fix-out and finishing carpentry skills
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, reliable and organised approach to work
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Willingness to relocate to New South Wales
