An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Early Childhood professionals to join a well-established childcare provider in the Northern Territory. Multiple full-time positions are available, including Centre Manager, Group Leader, and Diploma or Certificate III Qualified Childcare Educator.

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for children
• Deliver high-quality early childhood education programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Support children's learning, wellbeing, and development through engaging educational experiences
• Observe, document, and evaluate children's learning and development
• Develop and implement age-appropriate learning programs
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and relevant legislation
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Maintain accurate records relating to children's health, attendance, incidents, and learning
• Support continuous improvement within the service
• Lead, mentor, and support educators where applicable
• Guide room staff and assist with curriculum planning (Group Leader)
• Oversee centre operations, compliance, staff development, and quality improvement (Centre Manager)
• Promote a positive team culture and uphold organisational policies and procedures

• Centre Manager applicants must hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher qualification
• Group Leaders must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Childcare Educators must hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of Australian early childhood experience for Centre Manager positions
• Minimum 3 years of early childhood education experience for Group Leader positions
• Minimum 2 years of early childhood education experience for Qualified Childcare Educator positions
• Current Working With Children Check (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current Accredited Child Protection Training
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and NQS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality education and care
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
