Chef/Cook/Apprentice

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all dishes are presented to a high standard before service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
• Assist with stock control, inventory management, and ordering supplies
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service
• Support daily kitchen operations and contribute to a positive team environment

• Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or Apprentice Cook, or relevant hospitality qualifications
• Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required
