• Prepare and cook menu items to required quality and presentation standards
• Complete food preparation efficiently before and during service
• Work effectively within a high-volume commercial kitchen
• Maintain consistent portion sizes, taste and presentation
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain clean, organised and efficient kitchen work areas
• Assist with stock handling, rotation and ingredient preparation
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams
• Prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
• Reduce food wastage through appropriate preparation and storage
• Follow directions from senior kitchen staff
• Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture

• Previous professional experience as a Cook or Chef
• Commercial kitchen experience is highly desirable
• Experience in a high-volume hospitality environment will be viewed favourably
• Demonstrated reliability and professional work ethic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain quality under pressure
• Commitment to food safety and workplace standards
• Ability to provide genuine and verifiable employment experience
• Must currently reside in Perth, Western Australia
