Chef
Job Description
The Opportunity
We are connecting experienced Café Chefs with a quality-focused hospitality opportunity in New South Wales where professional standards, genuine experience and long-term potential matter.
This role is designed for a chef who can demonstrate strong practical ability, consistency and a genuine understanding of good food. Rather than simply following a set menu, you will be encouraged to contribute ideas, improve kitchen practices and play an active role in maintaining the quality of the food offering.
The successful candidate will join a busy daytime kitchen environment focused on breakfast and café service, working with quality ingredients and a team that values reliability, teamwork and attention to detail.
For candidates seeking more than their next kitchen job, this opportunity provides a pathway to develop professionally within a growing hospitality operation. Strong performers may progress into senior and kitchen leadership positions.
Sponsorship is available for an eligible and suitable candidate, while applicants who already hold unrestricted Australian working rights are also encouraged to apply.
Our recruitment process places importance on genuine experience and suitability, helping connect qualified hospitality professionals with opportunities that match their skills and career goals.
