Preparing and delivering high-quality meals while maintaining kitchen standards

Supporting smooth daily operations across all areas of food preparation and service

Following recipes, presentation standards, and portion control procedures

Assisting with menu preparation and contributing to food quality improvements

Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness requirements at all times

Working efficiently with kitchen staff during high-volume service periods

Organising ingredients, stock, and preparation tasks to support service requirements

Ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes

Helping maintain a positive and professional kitchen culture

Supporting team members and contributing to an efficient workflow

• Demonstrated experience working in a professional commercial kitchen
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar chef role preferred
• Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy hospitality environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, motivated, and positive approach to work
• Willingness to work flexible rosters including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent industry experience preferred
