• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining consistent kitchen standards
• Execute menu items using professional cooking techniques and attention to detail
• Work efficiently across busy lunch and dinner service periods
• Support daily kitchen operations including preparation, cooking and service coordination
• Maintain excellent food presentation, quality control and portion consistency
• Apply knowledge of classical cooking methods and modern kitchen practices
• Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen team members to achieve service excellence
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
• Contribute to menu development, process improvements and kitchen efficiency

• Qualified Chef with relevant trade certification and professional kitchen experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality environment
• Ability to provide verified employment history and demonstrate practical culinary skills
• Strong understanding of professional kitchen operations and food preparation standards
• Experience working in high-volume service environments
• Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Strong teamwork, communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to maintain quality and consistency under pressure
