Climbing Arborist

Take your arboricultural career to the next level with a professional tree care operation offering varied projects, quality equipment, paid training and genuine opportunities for development. 

You'll work across a mix of commercial, rural and residential sites, completing everything from technical removals to large-scale tree work. Experienced overseas arborists are encouraged to apply, with visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates.

• Undertake professional climbing arborist work across varied projects
• Complete reductions, pruning and technical tree removals
• Carry out complex dismantling and rigging operations
• Work on both large commercial and smaller residential projects
• Operate chippers, trucks, loaders and specialist arborist equipment
• Follow job-specific safety plans and site procedures
• Complete work to professional arboricultural standards
• Assist with emergency and urgent tree work when required
• Work efficiently alongside experienced ground crews
• Help retain and protect trees and vegetation wherever possible
• Attend paid training and professional development sessions
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

• Level 3 or Level 4 Arboriculture qualification preferred
• Equivalent practical arboricultural experience considered
• Demonstrated climbing and rigging capability
• Experience with technical removals highly desirable
• Ability to work independently when required
• Class 1 driver's licence essential
• Class 2 or Heavy Transport licence advantageous
• Strong safety awareness and professional work ethic
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Physically capable of undertaking demanding arboricultural work
• Commitment to quality workmanship
