• Complete daily food preparation efficiently and consistently
• Follow recipes, cooking methods and presentation requirements
• Maintain food quality, portion control and kitchen standards
• Work closely with senior chefs and kitchen team members during service
• Learn and apply professional Italian cooking techniques
• Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe workstation
• Follow workplace health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
• Contribute positively to a professional and collaborative team environment
• Take feedback constructively and continuously develop culinary skills
