• Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen preparation according to established requirements
• Review preparation priorities with the team leader before service
• Manage your allocated kitchen section during breakfast and lunch service
• Maintain consistent standards of food preparation and presentation
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members during busy periods
• Assist across sections when additional support is required
• Maintain an organised and efficient workstation throughout service
• Clean equipment and work areas progressively throughout the shift
• Follow workplace food safety, hygiene and cleanliness procedures
• Communicate clearly with team members and contribute to smooth service operations

• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, café or similar hospitality environment
• Practical understanding of food preparation and kitchen service
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive and professional approach to workplace responsibilities
• Ability to accept feedback and use it to improve performance
• Reliable and committed approach to work
• Willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment
• Availability for early morning and daytime shifts
