Curry Chef, Tandoori Chef, Wait Staff

We are seeking experienced and motivated hospitality professionals to join a busy and well-established Indian restaurant in New South Wales (NSW). Multiple full-time, permanent opportunities are available for skilled Curry Chefs, Tandoori Chefs, and Wait Staff who are passionate about delivering authentic cuisine and outstanding customer service.

Curry Chef

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian curries and traditional dishes
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods

Tandoori Chef

• Prepare and cook authentic tandoori dishes using traditional techniques
• Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently
• Prepare marinades, naan breads, kebabs, and other tandoori specialties
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Assist with stock control and ingredient preparation
• Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced kitchen team

Wait Staff

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming dining environment
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
• Support the team to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations

• Relevant experience in the position being applied for
• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
• Willingness to relocate to New South Wales if required
