A growing early childhood education provider in Western Australia is looking for qualified Early Childhood Educators who bring professionalism, genuine care and a strong commitment to children's development.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging play-based experiences that encourage children's learning and development
- Develop respectful and nurturing relationships with children and their families
- Support educational programming in accordance with EYLF V2.0 and/or MTOP
- Create welcoming, inclusive and developmentally appropriate learning environments
- Observe and document children's progress, interests and individual learning needs
- Encourage children's independence, participation, wellbeing and sense of belonging
- Work closely with Room Leaders and other educators to achieve positive outcomes
- Communicate professionally with families and contribute to strong family partnerships
- Maintain high standards of child safety, supervision, hygiene and wellbeing
- Follow relevant legislation, regulations, policies and service procedures
- Participate in quality improvement and contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan
- Adapt learning experiences to support individual children's interests and developmental stages
- Contribute positively to a professional and supportive team culture
Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification
- Relevant professional experience in an early childhood education setting
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
- Current Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management training
- Relevant child protection and national child safety training
- Working knowledge of EYLF V2.0 and/or MTOP
- Understanding of Australian Early Childhood Education and Care legislation and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and child-focused approach to early learning
- Genuine commitment to children's safety, wellbeing and development
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary early learning team
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and regulatory compliance
