The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity is available for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher / Early Childhood Educator to join a well-established early learning centre in Victoria. This full-time permanent position offers the chance to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, delivering high-quality education and care for children from infancy through to kindergarten.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging learning programs for children
- Provide high-quality education and care in accordance with approved frameworks
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Observe, assess and document children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership
- Promote children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- Maintain accurate records and learning documentation
- Ensure compliance with Early Childhood Education regulations and centre policies
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- Support positive behaviour guidance and inclusive practices
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming learning environment
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Minimum 12 months of experience in an early childhood education setting
- Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Strong understanding of contemporary early childhood education practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality education and care
