• Carry out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance of material handling equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and technical faults using industry knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Complete on-site and workshop-based service activities efficiently and professionally
• Inspect equipment performance and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Provide reliable technical support and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and job documentation
• Work closely with service teams to achieve safety, quality, and operational targets
• Apply workplace health and safety procedures during all maintenance activities
• Develop product knowledge through training, mentoring, and hands-on experience
• Support customers by ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime

• Proven experience as a Service Technician, Field Technician, or similar technical role
• Relevant trade qualification with practical industry experience
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience or equivalent formal training pathway
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical and technical systems
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering quality service
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment
• Willingness to relocate and establish a long-term career in Australia
