Key Responsibilities
- Build, assemble, and install formwork systems for construction projects
- Carry out general carpentry tasks across different building environments
- Interpret plans, measurements, and project specifications accurately
- Prepare, cut, and install timber and construction materials to required standards
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with site safety requirements
- Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with supervisors, builders, and other construction professionals
- Complete tasks independently while maintaining productivity and attention to detail
- Adapt to changing project requirements and different work locations
- Maintain professional standards across all assigned construction sites
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter or experienced Construction Carpenter
- Relevant carpentry qualification or recognised trade background preferred
- Strong practical knowledge of formwork, framing, and general carpentry practices
- Ability to demonstrate previous construction experience through employment history and skills verification
- Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively within a team environment
- Willingness to travel between project locations when required
- Own carpentry tools and reliable transport
- Current driver's licence preferred
