Formwork Carpenters

We are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join a leading commercial construction company delivering large-scale high-rise projects across Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople with extensive commercial formwork experience to secure long-term employment with a reputable employer offering competitive pay, career progression, and visa sponsorship for suitable overseas candidates.

• Construct and dismantle formwork systems for commercial concrete structures
• Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install formwork to required dimensions
• Ensure formwork is completed to quality and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other construction trades
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Assist with concrete pours and related site activities as required
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Complete tasks within project deadlines while maintaining workmanship standards

• Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter on commercial high-rise construction projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial formwork systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Excellent understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
• Valid Construction White Card or ability to obtain one before commencement
• Jumpform experience will be highly regarded
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
