• Complete high-quality upholstery recovery work across antique, traditional, and modern furniture pieces
•  Assess furniture condition and carry out stripping, restoration, and reupholstery tasks
•  Apply professional upholstery techniques to achieve durable and visually appealing finishes
•  Operate upholstery tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
•  Prepare and handle furniture frames while maintaining care for valuable items
•  Manage daily upholstery tasks independently while maintaining workshop standards
•  Collaborate with specialist team members involved in sewing, cutting, and frame construction
•  Support production requirements during peak business periods
•  Maintain a safe, organised, and professional work environment

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on upholstery experience in a commercial environment
•  Demonstrated ability to independently complete full upholstery projects
•  Strong knowledge of upholstery materials, methods, and restoration techniques
•  Experience working with different furniture styles including antique and contemporary pieces
•  Ability to safely handle and move furniture frames and completed items
•  Confident using industry-related tools and equipment
•  Physically fit and capable of performing workshop-based duties
•  Additional experience in sewing, fabric cutting, or furniture frame making is advantageous
•  Reliable team player with strong attention to detail and workmanship standards
