• Deliver professional cutting, colouring and styling services
• Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and desired results
• Provide professional advice on hair care, treatments and suitable products
• Perform colouring, highlighting and chemical straightening services
• Carry out women's and men's haircutting using scissors, thinning scissors and clippers
• Create professional styles for formal events, special occasions and photo or session work
• Perform braiding and hair-piece styling where required
• Prepare clients through professional shampooing and conditioning services
• Maintain consistent standards of quality, presentation and salon service
• Build professional relationships that encourage repeat clientele
• Contribute positively to a collaborative salon team
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional workstation
• Follow appropriate salon procedures and professional standards
• Continue developing technical knowledge and hairdressing capabilities

• Relevant professional experience as a Hairdresser
• Maximum of 5 years' professional hairdressing experience
• Confident practical skills across cutting, colouring and styling
• Demonstrated experience with highlighting and chemical treatments
• Competent in men's and women's haircutting
• Ability to deliver styling for formal and special occasions
• Good understanding of hair care and professional product recommendations
• Strong client consultation and communication skills
• Professional presentation and reliable work ethic

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours
