• Deliver professional haircuts, styling, colouring and barbering services
• Provide women’s cutting, colouring and styling services based on individual client needs
• Perform men’s haircuts, fades, grooming and barbering services
• Conduct professional consultations to understand client preferences
• Recommend suitable styles and services based on client requirements
• Maintain a high standard of customer care and professional service
• Keep work areas, tools and equipment clean, safe and hygienic
• Use salon products and equipment correctly and professionally
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current hairdressing and barbering techniques
• Work collaboratively with other salon team members
• Develop skills across both hairdressing and barbering where required
• Contribute to a professional, positive and customer-focused salon environment

• Professional experience as a Hairdresser or Barber
• Strong practical skills in at least one core area of the profession
• Experience across both hairdressing and barbering will be highly regarded
• Ability to confidently deliver quality services to a range of clients
• Good understanding of professional salon standards and hygiene requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant industry qualifications will be highly regarded
