Hairdresser/Stylist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hairstylist to join a growing beauty and events team in New South Wales. This opportunity is suited to professionals who can demonstrate their skills, experience and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality client experiences.

• Deliver professional blow-dry, styling, upstyle and braiding services
• Consult with clients to understand their preferred styles and expectations
• Create polished hairstyles for weddings, events, photoshoots and special occasions
• Maintain consistent quality and professional styling standards
• Deliver an engaging and positive client experience
• Build professional relationships with new and returning clients
• Work collaboratively with other beauty and styling professionals
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional workspace
• Keep current with industry trends, techniques and styling products
• Participate in training, masterclasses and professional development
• Support events, campaigns and creative styling opportunities when required
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism and strong attention to detail

• elevant hairstyling qualification and/or proven industry experience
• Demonstrated professional hairstyling experience
• Strong skills in blow-drying, upstyles, braiding and event styling
• Ability to provide evidence of relevant work experience and skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach with excellent presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to undertake ongoing education and skills development
• Flexibility to work across salon and event-based environments
