The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced specialty coffee leader to join a fast-growing hospitality group operating multiple premium café locations. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the overall coffee strategy, beverage innovation, quality standards, training programs, and operational excellence across a multi-site café network.
Working closely with senior management and production teams, you will oversee every stage of the coffee journey—from sourcing and roasting through to café execution—while developing high-performing teams and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for a passionate coffee professional looking to relocate and build their career with visa sponsorship support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's specialty coffee program across multiple café locations
- Develop and maintain systems that ensure beverage quality and consistency
- Create seasonal beverage menus and signature drink offerings
- Collaborate with roasting teams on coffee sourcing, quality assurance and product development
- Oversee coffee training programs and mentor baristas at all levels
- Support staff development, career progression and industry competition participation
- Conduct quality control, sensory evaluation and coffee cupping sessions
- Monitor café operations to ensure coffee standards are consistently achieved
- Drive continuous improvement across coffee operations and service delivery
- Work closely with leadership teams on new café openings and operational planning
- Represent the business at coffee events, industry festivals and professional networking opportunities
- Promote a strong coffee culture throughout the organisation
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience within a specialty coffee environment
- Previous experience managing teams across multiple café locations
- Strong background in high-volume hospitality operations
- Extensive knowledge of specialty coffee, green bean sourcing and roasting processes
- Advanced skills in sensory analysis, brewing methods and equipment calibration
- Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills
- Experience launching new beverage programs and maintaining operational consistency
- Competition experience or Q-Grader certification is highly regarded
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong
