Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional servicing, repairs, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems
  • Identify faults and complete accurate troubleshooting across various HVAC equipment
  • Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure reliable system performance
  • Install and commission HVAC equipment according to industry standards
  • Provide professional support and solutions directly to customers
  • Maintain clear service reports, job records, and technical documentation
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and service vehicles are maintained to workplace standards
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams and supervisors to deliver quality outcomes
  • Apply strong attention to detail and maintain high standards of workmanship

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Proven experience as an HVAC / Air Conditioning Service Technician
  • Recognised HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning trade qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience in HVAC servicing
  • Experience working with commercial and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems and refrigerant handling practices
  • Electrical knowledge or relevant licensing will be highly regarded
  • Experience with larger HVAC systems is advantageous
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a professional service team
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Commitment to meeting required employment and visa criteria
