Kitchen Manager

• Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume commercial kitchen
• Lead, supervise, roster, and train kitchen staff
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and authentic cooking standards
• Manage food ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Control kitchen costs, portion sizes, and food margins
• Coordinate with front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth service
• Maintain efficient workflow during busy service periods
• Support continuous improvement of kitchen operations and team performance

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Sous Chef in a busy restaurant
• Strong knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques
• Experience leading and managing kitchen teams
• Knowledge of rostering, stock control, food costing, and inventory management
• Understanding of HACCP, food safety, and workplace health and safety requirements
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Thai language skills are advantageous
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
