Lawn Technician / Maintenance

Working primarily Monday to Friday, you'll provide specialised lawn treatment and maintenance services while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing quality results, and is looking for employer sponsorship in Australia.

• Perform specialised lawn care and treatment services at residential and commercial properties
• Apply lawn fertilisers, weed control products, and other approved treatments
• Carry out lawn aeration and other turf improvement services
• Inspect lawns and identify maintenance or treatment requirements
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
• Drive a company vehicle to scheduled customer locations
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and service checklists
• Maintain accurate job records using mobile devices
• Ensure company equipment and vehicle are kept clean and well maintained
• Work independently while meeting daily schedules and quality standards
• Support the team during busy periods and seasonal workloads

• Previous experience in outdoor work, landscaping, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, or other physically active roles preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
