Managers/Supervisors/Chefs

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals and culinary leaders for a variety of full-time opportunities across Victoria and selected international hospitality venues. Positions are available in hotel operations, food and beverage, front office, venue management, and professional kitchens.

• Manage daily hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or venue operations
• Lead and supervise front-of-house or kitchen teams
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences
• Coordinate staff rosters and daily operational requirements
• Maintain high food quality and service standards
• Monitor workplace health, safety, and hygiene compliance
• Train, mentor, and support team members
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering where required
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues professionally
• Work collaboratively with management to achieve business objectives
• Ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Maintain company policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Relevant hospitality or culinary qualifications are desirable
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant industry experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience for management roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality environments
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety practices
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required
