The Opportunity
Take the next step in your mechanical services career with the opportunity to manage high-value HVAC construction projects across Western Australia.
We are seeking experienced HVAC Site Managers capable of taking ownership of complex on-site delivery across major commercial developments. You will play a key role in managing large HVAC packages, leading installation teams and ensuring project requirements are achieved from programme and safety through to quality and completion.
This is an opportunity to work across some of the most significant commercial project environments, including hospitals, defence facilities, government buildings, education precincts, airports, hotels and data centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the on-site delivery of major HVAC construction packages
- Plan and coordinate daily installation activities
- Manage trade contractors and site-based personnel
- Track progress against project programmes and construction schedules
- Monitor quality standards and installation requirements
- Promote and maintain safe working practices across site operations
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Work closely with project teams, engineers, consultants and builders
- Coordinate solutions to site issues and technical challenges
- Assist with variations and construction-related queries
- Support efficient resource planning and site coordination
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 4 years of relevant HVAC or mechanical construction experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK
- Experience delivering large commercial mechanical services projects
- Previous exposure to Tier 1 construction environments highly desirable
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC installation methods
- Ability to confidently read and interpret construction drawings
- Relevant trade or engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience coordinating teams and subcontractors
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
