Metal Roofer / Roofing Plumber

A strong opportunity is available for experienced Metal Roof Plumbers and Roof Installers seeking to establish their careers in Australia.

The role is suited to tradespeople who can demonstrate genuine hands-on roofing experience, reliable trade capability and the ability to work to professional construction standards. Candidates will be considered for projects across Regional New South Wales, covering commercial, industrial, multi-residential and high-end residential construction.

• Install corrugated, long-run and concealed-fix metal roofing systems
• Install and fabricate roof flashings
• Install gutters, downpipes and rainwater systems
• Interpret plans, drawings and project specifications
• Complete roofing and weatherproofing works to required standards
• Identify and resolve roofing installation issues
• Maintain accurate and quality-focused workmanship
• Follow working-at-height and construction safety procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors and other construction trades
• Maintain a clean, safe and productive work area

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on metal roofing experience
• Demonstrated experience as a Metal Roof Plumber or Roof Installer
• Proven commercial or large-scale project experience
• Strong practical knowledge of flashings and waterproofing
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Demonstrated ability to work safely at heights
• Reliable and professional approach to construction work
• Basic English communication skills
• Relevant trade qualifications are advantageous
• International commercial construction experience is highly regarded
• Middle East roofing or construction experience is advantageous
