• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair requirements
• Check delivered parts to ensure they are correct and free from defects
• Remove, repair and replace damaged panels, frames and vehicle components
• Disassemble vehicles in line with job sheets and repair requirements
• Reassemble vehicles following the completion of repair work
• Carry out metal shaping, cutting, straightening and welding tasks
• Complete structural and panel repairs to required quality standards
• Perform rust treatment and frame alignment work where required
• Apply body filler and prepare surfaces through sanding and related preparation work
• Handle vehicles carefully throughout all stages of the repair process
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment in a safe, clean and serviceable condition
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and use required PPE
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional work area
• Stay current with relevant repair techniques and industry developments
• Work effectively with other team members to achieve quality and productivity targets

• Qualified Panel Beater with relevant trade experience
• Ability to demonstrate and verify relevant qualifications and employment experience
• Strong practical experience in vehicle body repairs and smash repair work
• Competency in metal shaping, welding and fabrication techniques
• Knowledge of structural repairs, frame alignment and rust treatment
• Experience with body filler, sanding and surface preparation
• Ability to disassemble and reassemble vehicle components accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work safely and follow established workshop procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, motivated and professional approach to work
• Willingness to participate in an identity and experience verification process
