The Opportunity

Working closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, you will help develop efficient manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and support continuous production excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the transition of new products from prototype to full production
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing teams throughout product development
- Develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes for electronic and mechanical products
- Support manufacturing test systems, fixtures, and production equipment
- Investigate manufacturing, testing, and product quality issues using structured root cause analysis
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product reliability and manufacturing performance
- Analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous process improvement projects
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, manufacturing procedures, test plans, and engineering change documentation
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to support production readiness and ongoing improvements
- Provide technical support during production and assist with sustaining engineering activities
- Participate in occasional international travel as required
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience within electronics and mechanical manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing readiness processes
- Experience developing, supporting, or troubleshooting manufacturing test fixtures and production equipment
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, assembly processes, quality systems, and inventory management
- Ability to analyse manufacturing processes and implement productivity and quality improvements
- Experience with PCB assembly manufacturing and electronic production testing is highly desirable
- Familiarity with engineering documentation or product lifecycle management systems is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Professional English communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis
