Project Engineer

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Engineer to join a growing civil construction team on a permanent full-time FIFO roster in Western Australia. Working on large-scale civil and mining infrastructure projects, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery from planning through to completion while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.

• Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule
•  Monitor project productivity, costs, and budget performance
•  Plan and schedule construction activities
•  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
•  Develop Construction Method Statements (CMS), work packs, and project documentation
•  Assist with project estimating, forecasting, and variations
•  Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
•  Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
•  Maintain quality assurance and quality control throughout project delivery
•  Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and contractual requirements
•  Support project commissioning, handover, and close-out activities
•  Promote continuous improvement and a positive safety culture

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
•  Previous experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer within civil construction, mining, or earthworks projects
•  Experience delivering bulk earthworks, detailed earthworks, pavements, drainage, and services projects
•  Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, quality assurance, and reporting
•  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•  Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project team
•  Current Australian Driver's Licence or ability to obtain one if required
•  Australian working rights or eligibility for employer sponsorship
•  Willingness to work a FIFO 2:1 roster
