Rail and Track Workers

We are seeking experienced Rail and Track Workers for upcoming opportunities across Australia. This role is designed for professionals whose rail experience, competencies and identity can be clearly verified, helping employers connect with candidates who are genuinely qualified for the work.

Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate practical rail industry experience, maintain a current KLE Profile and be prepared to work across different project locations when required. Sponsorship may be available for suitably qualified overseas applicants.

• Perform rail and track construction, maintenance and related project activities
• Apply practical rail experience and relevant competencies across assigned works
• Complete track-related tasks safely and to required industry standards
• Follow project procedures, site instructions and workplace health and safety requirements
• Work effectively with supervisors, track crews and other project personnel
• Travel to different project locations as required
• Maintain consistent quality, productivity and professional standards
• Use relevant rail competencies appropriately for assigned duties
• Undertake Thermit Welding-related work where suitably qualified and competent
• Maintain accurate and current competency and employment information

• Demonstrated experience in rail and track work
• Current KLE Profile
• Relevant rail industry competencies and experience
• Thermit Welding competency is advantageous
• Ability to provide verifiable employment and competency information
• Strong commitment to rail safety and workplace procedures
• Ability to work as part of a professional project team
• Willingness to travel when required
• Relevant qualifications, tickets and industry certifications will be highly regarded
