• Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care
• Assess residents' health needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support residents' dignity, wellbeing and individual care preferences
• Coordinate clinical care and contribute to effective shift management
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to care team members
• Work collaboratively with nurses, carers and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
• Apply appropriate aged care practices and clinical procedures
• Support palliative care and end-of-life care where required
• Apply knowledge of AN-ACC processes and requirements
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues
• Contribute to continuous improvement in care quality and service delivery
• Manage workload effectively across a busy aged care environment
• Participate in morning, afternoon and night shifts as rostered

• Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Relevant nursing qualification recognised for Australian practice
• Previous experience in aged care or a related clinical setting
• Knowledge or experience in palliative care
• Understanding of AN-ACC
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a care team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Commitment to person-centred care and resident dignity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Ability to satisfy National Police Check requirements
• International candidates must meet applicable Australian registration requirements
