Registered Nurse

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join established aged care providers across South Australia. These permanent full-time opportunities are available within supportive residential aged care environments, offering excellent career development, relocation support, and the opportunity for visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
•  Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans
•  Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions
•  Respond to changes in resident health and coordinate appropriate care
•  Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
•  Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
•  Provide leadership and support to care staff when required
•  Promote resident dignity, independence, and wellbeing
•  Ensure compliance with aged care standards, policies, and procedures
•  Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
•  Minimum 1 year of post-registration Registered Nurse experience
•  Previous Australian aged care experience is preferred
•  Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
•  Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
•  Commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care
•  Willingness to relocate within South Australia if required
