Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care across multiple clinical settings
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Respond to emergency presentations and provide timely clinical interventions
- Deliver acute, sub-acute, and palliative nursing care
- Support chronic disease management and health promotion initiatives
- Monitor patients and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and ongoing care
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards, policies, and best practice guidelines
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and professional development
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification
- Demonstrated experience in emergency and acute nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care
- Ability to work effectively in a rural healthcare environment
