• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
• Monitor residents' health, wellbeing and changing clinical needs
• Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate resident records
• Develop, implement and review individualised care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and appropriately
• Identify and respond promptly to changes in residents' health conditions
• Work closely with care staff and other healthcare professionals
• Communicate professionally with residents and their families
• Promote residents' dignity, independence and quality of life
• Maintain a safe, respectful and supportive care environment
• Follow relevant aged care, clinical, workplace health and safety requirements
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current Australian experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Aged care nursing experience is highly regarded
• Valid Australian working rights
• Current Police Check
• Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to person-centred care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Genuine willingness to relocate to regional NSW
• Commitment to living and working in the regional NSW area
• Ability to commit to a minimum 2-year employment period
