• Complete clinical assessments and accurately monitor residents' health conditions
• Prepare, implement and regularly evaluate personalised nursing care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records, reports and nursing documentation

• Registered Nurse qualification meeting New Zealand Nursing Council requirements
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate nursing experience
• Aged care or medical nursing experience preferred
• Current New Zealand Nursing Council CAP approval or willingness to complete the required pathway
• Willingness to complete New Zealand Nursing Council registration requirements
• Successful IELTS or OET result meeting Nursing Council English language requirements
• Education and qualifications meeting the standards for the New Zealand Registered Nurse scope of practice
• Strong clinical assessment and observation abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated empathy and confidence when caring for older people
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Professional, confident and self-aware approach
• Commitment to quality improvement and high standards of resident care
• Collaborative and dependable team attitude
• InterRAI competency is advantageous
