• Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients
•  Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plans
•  Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes
•  Administer medications and treatments safely
•  Support patients and families throughout their care journey
•  Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
•  Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
•  Promote patient safety and quality care standards
•  Participate in care planning and discharge processes
•  Support rehabilitation goals and palliative care needs
•  Provide patient education and emotional support
•  Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
•  Mentor and support junior nursing staff where required

•  Participate in rotating morning, evening and night shifts

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse or eligibility for registration
•  Previous nursing experience in acute, subacute, rehabilitation or aged care
•  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
