Registered Nurses (Emergency & Aged Care)

Join a leading Australian home care provider delivering high-quality community nursing, disability support, and aged care services across Queensland. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and Home Care Employees (HCEs) to provide person-centred care within the community.

• Provide nursing and personal care services to clients in their homes
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care while promoting independence and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care documentation and client records using digital systems
• Develop and follow individual care plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Monitor client health and report changes when required
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with organisational policies
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care at all times

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse (where applicable)
• Experience in home care, community nursing, disability, or aged care preferred but not essential
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident computer skills for electronic documentation and communication
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused care
